Dani DeCroix (she/her) LMT, OR #28858
Meet Dani!
A proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Dani specializes in Clinical Neuromuscular Therapy, a focused, science-based approach to easing muscle tension and addressing chronic pain. Her own experience with persistent neck pain and hand discomfort early in her career inspired her to dive deep into helping others manage similar challenges, including carpal tunnel syndrome and long-term neck issues.
Dani’s connection to bodywork began as a young athlete, when massage therapy helped her recover from minor injuries. Motivated by the difference it made, she graduated from the Western North Carolina School of Massage in 2017 and became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. For more than five years, she owned and operated Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage in Asheville, NC, working with clients to relieve pain, improve movement, and support long-term wellness.
Known for her warm, empathetic approach, Dani creates a safe, comfortable space for every client. She believes massage isn’t just about hands-on treatment, it’s about empowering people with knowledge, helping them understand their bodies, and giving them tools to support their healing in daily life.
In January 2025, Dani moved from Asheville, North Carolina, to Portland, Oregon, and is enjoying getting to know her new city—whether she’s hiking through the PNW’s natural beauty or curled up with a good book in one of Portland’s many cozy coffee shops.
“Hands down the best massage I’ve had in Portland.”
